There are times when one company has several varieties of milk and milk products; the DOH clears only those products that were tested and in which melamine was not detected, not the companies that market the product. That was specifically asked of Secretary Duque, and he kept replying “if it tested negative,” making it clear that the DOH tests and clears products, not companies. One milk product may test positive for melamine and another negative, though both are marketed by the same company. That is why the DOH list describes the product, from the added features (with vitamin D, etc) down to the volume (1 Liter, 500mL, etc).
